Acne is the term used for “clogged pores”. The pores are blocked, because the body’s natural oils of the skin. Untreated acne usually lasts 4-5 years. In some cases it may take longer. 5 How to treat acne fast 1 Wash your face twice a day (morning and evening). Do not do it more often, as this can cause the sebaceous glands to secrete more oil for the face and cause more acne.

3 Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables may be necessary vitamins (A, B, C, E, iron).
4 Exercise regularly because it helps balance the hormones in the body.
5 Do not press, rub, touch the buttons or stitching where the risk of infections in other parts of the face.
6 Avoid stress as much as possible as this can aggravate acne. Use a relaxation technique like yoga.
7 Wash your pillowcase every other day to prevent reinfection.
8 Avoid coffee, alcohol and refined sugar products.
9 Eat less fat junk food and prefer to try a fruit or a healthy meal.
